LILBOURN -- Nehemiah Leach, 59, died Dec. 3, 2011, at his home in Lilbourn.
He was born March 9, 1952, in New Madrid, to the late William and Laura Syas Leach. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was employed at Riceland Mills.
He was married to Patricia Givens Leach, and she survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Reginald Spearman of Denver; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Ancita Leach of Dallas, LaVonne and Steve Williams of Kansas City, Kan., and Tammie and T.C. Collins of Lilbourn; five grandchildren, Alyana Anderson of Dallas, Kiera Williams and Steve Williams of Kansas City, J'Kara Collin of Sikeston and Jasmine Collins of Lilbourn; one great-grandchild, Davynn Donnell of Kansas City; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Benjamin and Ida Syas and James Crockett of New Madrid; five sisters and three brothers-in-law, Francis Thomas, Daisy Crockett and Juanita and Gus Wright of St. Louis, Alecia and Nathaniel Malone of Harvest, Ala., and Louise and Stan Rowland of Grand Rapids, Mich.; one aunt, Thelma Moore of Cleveland; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until time of services at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid with the Rev. Floyd Farr officiating.
Burial with full military honors will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
