Puxico man is killed in single-vehicle crash

PUXICO -- A Puxico man was killed in a single-vehicle accident Friday.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, at about 11:15 p.m. the westbound vehicle driven by Scottie L. Hopper, 46, on Stoddard County Road 271A about seven miles north of Puxico ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
