New monthly seminar educates senior citizens

SIKESTON -- Sikeston area senior citizens have the opportunity to receive extended education on various health topics through a new monthly seminar at the local nutrition center.

First Friday Focus on Health is presented by Missouri Delta Medical Center from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. the first Friday of each month at the OAKS Nutrition Center in Sikeston. Each month a seminar on various health topics by physicians and health specialists is presented.
