DEXTER -- Joyce Maxine McQuary, 76, died Jan. 21, 2012, at the Golden Living Center in Bloomfield.
Born June 30, 1935, in Dexter, to the late Moy W. and Hortense "Tensey" Farmer Davis, she was a member of the United Methodist Church in Dexter and had worked as a rural letter carrier.
On Dec. 1, 1951, in Dexter, she married Wayne Howard McQuary who preceded her in death on Nov. 9, 1997.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Davis and Donald Davis.
Survivors include: two sons, Steven McQuary of Malden and Scott McQuary of Jefferson City; two daughters, Sharon Sulzer of Imperial and Susan Pullam of Dexter; and three grandchildren, Nicole Sulzer of Imperial and Trinity Pullam and Tristan Pullam of Dexter; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Michael Woods officiating.
Burial will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
