SIKESTON -- An Illinois man faces a list of charges after being tracked down following a burglary at a Sikeston business.
Max B. Boswell, 19, of McNabb, Ill., charged with second degree burglary, first degree property damage, resisting/interfering with a felony arrest and misdemeanor stealing.
According to Lt. Jim McMillen of the Sikeston Department of Public Safety, DPS officers responded at about 3:20 a.m. Sunday to a burglar alarm at Huck's convenience store, 823 E. Malone. When officers arrived they observed the drive-through window was broken and some merchandise was lying on the ground nearby.
