FLORISSANT -- Mary Lou Latham, 75, died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at Christian Northwest Hospital in Florissant.
Born Jan. 27, 1937, in the Hooe community, daughter of the late Bernie E. and Elsie Viola Crader Bollinger, she worked as a secretary for the Hazelwood School District for over 30 years before retiring.
On Aug. 14, 1955, she married Robert Latham who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Deborah Latham of St. Peters; one daughter and son-in-law, Carol and David Roberson of St. Peters; one brother and sister-in-law, Clyde and Margaret Bollinger of Festus; one sister, Rosalie Bollinger of Benton; and five grandchildren, Jennifer Lee Kappler, Alysia Kaitlynn Kappler, Katelyn Marie Latham, Sarah Elizabeth Latham and Julianna Rose Latham.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28. at the Ponder Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis Lowe, pastor of Unity Baptist Church of Benton, will officiate and the Rev. Kenneth Bollinger, pastor of New Savannah Baptist Church of Blodgett, will assist.
Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
