PORTAGEVILLE -- Agnes Elfrink, 92, died March 8, 2012, at the Monticello House in Jackson.
Born June 8, 1919, at Glennon, daughter of the late Jacob and Rose DeBrock Beel, she was a homemaker and a member of St. Eustachius Catholic Church in Portageville and Immaculate Conception in Jackson.
On Jan. 25, 1938, she married Andrew G. Elfrink who preceded her in death on March 17, 2004.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Henry Beel, and four sisters, Clara Spooler, Mayme Stouse, Rose Cobb and Ella Prince.
Survivors include: four daughters, Mary Alexander of Cape Girardeau, Norma Beussink of Marble Hill, Judy Beussink of Jackson and Joan Moss of Sikeston; and nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m., with parish prayers at 7 p.m., Sunday at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold with the Rev. William Hennecke officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
