MORLEY -- Glenna Dene May, 76, of Morley departed this Earth April 24, 2012, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 17, 1935, in Corning, Ark., daughter of Chester and Pearl Wampler Hudson.
On July 17, 1954, in Ann Arbor, Mich., she married Ron Pulliam. He preceded her in death on Jan. 3, 1974. On Jan. 6, 1996, she and her high school sweetheart, Jerry May, were married and spent 16 wonderful years together.
Glenna was a member of Morley Baptist Church and the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Kingshighway Chapter in Sikeston.
In addition to her husband, loving survivors include: a daughter, Dana Pulliam of Tucker, Ga.; a sister, Reva Byrd of Sikeston; two brothers, Conrad Hudson of St. Louis and Dr. Charles Hudson of Arnold; two stepdaughters, Vera Pobst and Jerra Hutson; and two stepsons, Keith May and Jay May. She was the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Steve Pulliam.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 26, at Morley Baptist Church in Morley, with the Rev. David Thompson officiating.
Arrangements are with McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
