Reward offered for information leading to arrest of person who set cat on fire

CARUTHERSVILLE -- A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest or conviction of the person or persons who set a cat on fire.

According to Karol Wilcox, president and humane investigator for the Caruthersville Humane Society, she was contacted by Ricky Hooper, the animal control officer from Hayti. The incident occurred Wednesday night in Hayti.
