ANNISTON -- James Martin "Marty" Norville Sr., 55, died May 4, 2012, in Paducah, Ky.
Born Dec. 25, 1956, at Charleston, to the late John Frank and Eunice Marie Blagg Norville, he had been employed as an electronic technician and was a U.S. Army veteran. He had lived in Metropolis, Ill., and Paducah before returning to Anniston.
On April 17, 2009, he married Theresa Gaye Wilson, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: four sons, James Martin "Little Marty" Norville Jr. of Scott City, Stephen Wade Norville of Paducah and Joshua Brian Norville and Travis Jordan Norville of Sikeston; one daughter, Amy Norville DeJarnette of Paducah; two brothers, Johnny Ray Norville of St. Louis and Jimmy DeWayne "Dink" Norville of Hendersonville, N.C.; one sister, Linda Ann "Sissy" Marinkovic of Gary, Ind.; and eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Sam Eugene Norville, and one grandson, Noah Norville.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m until time of services at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston with Mike Johnson of East Prairie officiating.
Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston.
Pallbearers will be: James Norville Jr., Stephen Norville , Joshua Norville, Travis Norville, James DeJarnette and Johnny Norville.
