SIKESTON -- Regina Marie Cannon Miner, 68, died at 10:35 p.m. May 31, 2012, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center.

Born Sept. 12, 1943, in Sikeston, daughter of the late Talton Thomas and Laura Ida Curnell Cannon, she was a a lifelong resident of Sikeston. She had been employed as a truck driver at Triangle PWC and had been a member of Blodgett Baptist Church.

She is survived by: one daughter, Billie Jean "B.J." Warren of Bertrand; and one grandson, Hunter Dorris of Bertrand.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Katrina Warren, in 1970, one brother, Jr. Cannon, and one sister, Madeline Saliba.

Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Steve Vester, pastor of the Old Bethel Baptist Church, officiating.

The Blanchard Funeral Chapel of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
