I-55 traffic stop uncovers 300 pounds of marijuana

NEW MADRID -- An Austin, Texas, man is in custody after 300 pounds of marijuana was discovered in his vehicle.

Michael S. McHale, 42, is to be arraigned today in New Madrid County Associate Court on a charge of second degree drug trafficking.
