MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Bobbie L. Bryant-Henry, 73, formerly of Sikeston, Mo., died June 1, 2012, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.
Born Aug. 21, 1938, in Itta Bena, Miss., to the late Charles King and Johnnie Mae Stevens, she was a licensed practical nurse. She had been employed at Kirby Pines Retirement Home in Memphis and was a member of The Hope of Glory Church of God in Christ in Memphis.
Survivors include: six sons, Kenneth Bryant, Brian Bryant, Clinton Bryant, Marcus Bryant, Cassius Clay Bryant and Leonard Bryant; four daughters, Kathy Johnson, Tamara Williamson, Muriel Whitehead and Vickie Clayton; four brothers, Milburn Stevens Jr., Tyrone Stevens, Lacey Charles Hughes and John A. Gray; three sisters, Jennifer E. Hughes, Sarah Tillman and Augusta Knott; and 42 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Driver Funeral Service in Sikeston. Services will be conducted at noon Saturday at Green Memorial COGIC in Sikeston. Clinton Bryant, elder, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
