A visitor at the 2012 Springfest watches one of the carnival rides take its passengers on a spin. The carnival will open at 5 p.m. today and Saturday at the Sikeston Factory Outlet Stores parking lot. Armband nights are from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and concessions are available.
