Morley man in custody on drug charges

BENTON -- A Morley man is in custody on drug charges.

Robert L. Mosbey, 37, is charged with distribution of a controlled substance near a public school, attempting to distribute a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child, according to Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter.
