Candidates for president will not be on primary ballots

BENTON -- Scott County voters will have plenty of choices to make during the primary election but picking a president won't be one of them.

"You will have to choose a party ballot for the Aug. 7 primary election," said Rita Milam, Scott County clerk.

Candidates for president will not be on the August ballot, however, but will be on the ballot for the November election, Milam said.
