Struggles continue for Blake DeWitt

DES MOINES, IA -- Former Sikeston standout Blake DeWitt has hit a bit of a rough patch.

During his stint with the Iowa Cubs, Dewitt is currently batting .127 and is hitless in his last 10 at-bats.

He is .086 in his last 10 games (3 for 35) and hasn't gotten a hit since July 28.

The Iowa Cubs began a four-game road trip against the Oklahoma City RedHawks Tuesday.
