Rachel Marie Warf, 40, who was charged with first degree trafficking in drugs, entered her plea of guilty Monday in Division I of Warren County Circuit Court, according to Warren County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Kelly L. King. The court ordered the sentence to run concurrently with a sentence Warf is serving in the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
According to the probable cause statement, Warf was stopped for excessive speed on Interstate 70 on May 15, 2011, in Warren County by Missouri State Highway Patrolman William H. Abel.
