CHAFFEE -- Pauline Catherine Uhrhan, 91, died July 31, 2012, at St. Francis Medical Center.

Born July 12, 1921, in Cape Girardeau, to the late Ambrose and Frances Rose Kirchdoerfer Brucker, she was a shoe cutter at Sports Specialty Shoe Factory in Chaffee. A member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee, she was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Post 3127 of Chaffee, Legion Post 389, Daughters of St. Ambrose and Chaffee R.S.V.P.

On May 10, 1944, she married Anthony "Tony" Uhrhan, who preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 1985.

Also she was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Kay Uhrhan of Scott City and Robert and Alice Uhrhan of Chaffee; one daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Bruce Moran of Nixa; one brother, Lawrence Brucker of Delta; and eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee where parish prayers will be recited at 5:30 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery in Chaffee.
