BELL CITY -- Billy Estle Freeman, 77, died Aug. 9, 2012, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born May 26, 1935, at Dover, Ark., to the late Charlie and Zeola Curtis Freeman, he worked as a mechanic at Sikeston Motor Company for 17 years. He later worked at BellMO Seed in Bell City.
On June 29, 1953, at Hernando, Miss., he married Margret June Crosno who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: a son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Angie Freeman of Marble Hill; three daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Gary Hardy of Sikeston, Leta and Dennis Fisher of Littleton, Colo., and Sherry and Donnie Wondel of Perkins; four brothers, Boyce Freeman of Cape Girardeau, Albert Freeman of Dickson, Texas, Johnny Freeman of San Leon, Texas, and Gary Freeman of Advance; and eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. today at the Morgan Funeral Home in Advance where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Jerry Willer officiating.
Burial will follow in New Morley Cemetery in Morley.
