Chris Walden of Tinsley's Amusement sets up a ride for the 68th Annual American Legion Cotton Carnival, which begins at 5 p.m. today on the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo grounds. The carnival, which features 24 rides along with several varieties of food and activities, runs through Saturday night.
