Three St. Louis residents arrested in drug sting

SIKESTON - Three St. Louis residents intent on selling heroin in Sikeston were caught in a drug sting by Scott County Sheriff deputies.

Thomas Wheeler, 28, Ginny Wattler, 31, and Scott McGuire, 32, are each charged with one count of distribution of a controlled substance (heroin) and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
