'Fall fun'

Rolen Heuring seeks the perfect pumpkin at Beggs Family Farm near Blodgett. Several surrounding school districts experienced some "fall fun" Wednesday with field trips to Beggs. There, students could take a ride to the pumpkin patch and pick a pumpkin like Rolen or conquer a Titanic-themed corn maze or one of the other smaller mazes located on the farm. Several farm-related play areas and games, such as mining for gold, racing plastic ducks with water pumps, jumping on tires or playing in a fort, are also located throughout the farm.
