From rubble to roads

Neighbor helping neighbor is the way Scott County Commissioner Dennis Ziegenhorn described efforts under way at a former concrete plant located off of School Street. Skip Crumpecker, who is overseeing the cleanup and sale of the property, offered a pile of concrete debris at no charge to Scott County which intends to use it for chat on county roads and other projects.
