ANNISTON -- Chloe F. Clark, infant daughter of Annabell Achter and Thomas Clark of Anniston, died Oct. 22, 2012, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Arrangements are incomplete at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
