CHARLESTON -- Four arrests were made Wednesday after two methamphetamine labs were discovered in Mississippi County.
According to a news release by the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department, two search warrants were conducted on Wednesday, one at the residence of Julius Devor Parham at 49 E. Sparrow Lane in Charleston and the other at 50 E. Sparrow Lane, the residence of Napoleon Emanuel.
During the search, numerous items used to produce methamphetamine were discovered and logged as evidence. Marijuana, drug paraphernalia and controlled substances were also located.
