BROWNSVILLE, Ky. -- Aline Mae Johnson, 88, died Nov. 11, 2012, at Brownsville.
Born Feb. 24, 1924, in Portageville, Mo., to the late Joseph Fred and Lennie Pearl Gremard Lavigne, she was a homemaker, a seamstress and of the Baptist belief.
On Oct. 5, 1942, in Salina, Okla., she married James Otto Johnson who preceded her in death Aug. 6, 2009.
On July 12, 2005, she was preceded in death by one son, Travis Johnson. One sister, Alfreda Moore, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Sandi Johnson of Douglas, Ariz.; four daughters and a son-in-law, Sharon Huskey of Raleigh, N.C., Pam and Paul Gerdes of Farmington, Mich., Connie Catt of Brownsville and Debbie Bain of Eureka, Mo.; three brothers, Henry Lavigne of DeSoto, Mo., Joseph Lavigne of Hillsboro, Mo., and Jerry Lavigne of St. Ann, Mo.; and 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 1 p.m. until time of services at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville. Todd Huskey will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
