12 arrested Wednesday after weekend fights

SIKESTON -- A dozen Sikeston residents were arrested Wednesday after a public disturbance on Sunday.

Officers with the Sikeston Department of Public Safety originally responded to a disturbance with gunshots on Sunday in the William and Clayton Street area after receiving information a fight involving several individuals broke out at Westside Liquor at 889 W. Malone.
