EAST PRAIRIE - Mary "Cookie" Ferrenburg, 68, formerly of Morley, died Monday Nov. 19, 2012, at 11:07 p.m. in East Prairie.

Born March 10, 1944, in St. Louis, to the late Lester and Marion Wescoat Ferrenburg, Cookie was a member of Morley Baptist Church for many years and currently a member of Full Gospel Church of East Prairie. She was a 1962 graduate of Scott County Central High School and she was a store manager for over 18 years.

Survivors include three sons, two daughters-in-law and their children, Curt and Kelly Poore and their children, James Curtis, Park and Taylor of Jackson, Mark and Yolanda Poore and their children, Josh Dixson and Addison of Jackson, and Thad Poore and his children, Landon, Ethan, Hannah and Savannah Morgan of Hartselle, Ala.; one daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Brad Kenedy and their children, Evan and August of East Prairie; and one brother and sister-in-law, Alvin and Margie Ferrenburg of Morley.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Morley Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery in Morley.

Brother Mike Johnson of Full Gospel Church East Prairie will officiate.

Pallbearers for services will be: Colie Taylor, Riche Walker, James Robert Taylor, David Kenedy, Doc Poore and Jay Cookson.

Honorary pallbearers will be: James Curtis Poore, Park Poore, Josh Dixson, Landon Poore, Ethan Poore, Evan Kenedy and August Kenedy.

Nunnelee Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
