DEXTER -- Bonnie Sue Livesay, 73, died Dec. 1, 2012, at her home.
Born March 14, 1939, in London, Ark., daughter of the late Joseph Peter "JP" and Gertrude Alberta Bradford Cochran, she had lived in Aquilla from 1968-2006 when she moved to Dexter. She was of the Protestant belief and had operated her own housecleaning service.
On Feb. 1, 1958, in Alcorn County, Miss., she married George Bennie Livesay who preceded her in death in 1994.
Surviving are: one daughter and her fiance, Angela Livesay and Gene Rath of Puxico; three brothers, Marvin Cochran of Lebanon, Mo., Melvin Cochran of Bloomfield and Steve Cochran of Scott City; three sisters, Pauline McMillan of Dexter, Helen Creason of Lebanon and Wanda James of Essex; and two grandchildren and one great-grandson.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Alan Livesay, one brother, Ivan Cochran, and two sisters, Margaret Cochran and Mabel Strecker.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Lonnie Mittag of Dexter will officiate.
Burial will be in the Walker Cemetery in Bloomfield.
