SIKESTON -- Lillian Williams, 74, died Dec. 24, 2012, at her home.
Born Feb. 16, 1938, in Jonesboro, Ark., to the late Porter and Janie Hornbeak Brewer, she worked in the meat department at Piggly Wiggly and Sav-A-Lot and later at Lamberts Cafe.
On June 6, 1954, she married Charles Wesley Williams who preceded her in death on May 8, 2011.
She was also preceded in death by: one son, Kenneth Wayne Williams; and one daughter, Debbie Lou Maxwell Smithey.
Survivors include: two sons, Charles Timothy Williams of Sikeston and John Wesley Williams of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two daughters, Cathy Marie Shepard of Jackson and Pamela Sue Clifton of Moline, Ill.; one brother Howard "Lightning" Brewer of Williamsville; and 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Ponder Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Austin Maxwell, associate pastor of First Assembly of God Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
