SIKESTON -- Missouri driver's licenses are getting a new look, and it could be as early as February when Southeast Missouri drivers notice the change.
Last month the Missouri Department of Revenue began introducing the latest improvements to driver's licenses and nondriver identification cards.
Ted Farnen, director of communications for the Department of Revenue in Jefferson City, said the state is not issuing an office-by-office implementation date of the new licenses.
"I can say, in general, most of the ones for the Bootheel area are scheduled for February -- but no later than April," Farnen said.
