Steve Waters

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. -- Steve Waters, 63, died Jan. 16, 2013.

Born Aug. 11, 1949, in Alton, Ill., to the late Wade David and Dorothy Bosley Waters, he was a senior vice-president of American Savings Bank and a past president of the Jaycees in Quincy, Ill.

Survivors include: his wife, Helen Waters of the home; two sons, Scott Stephen Waters of Sikeston, Mo., and Bryan David Waters of Concord, Calif.; and a stepson, Matthew Lee Gardner of Sikeston.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Wade David Waters Jr.

A memorial service will be held at later date in Quincy.

The Caruth Village Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
