EAST PRAIRIE -- Betty Lou Belvin Metheny, 82, died at 10:15 p.m. Jan. 27, 2013, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Arrangements are incomplete with Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
