Call me

I would just like to remind people how bad things are going to get. I just got a call from my doctor's office reminding me that I have an appointment tomorrow. It came across on a machine because they don't have the courtesy to take the time to call their patients and remind them in person. This girl that sits behind the desk isn't doing anything. That is all I wanted to say.

Lighting up

Why on North Ranney are the street lights every half block and some even right across from each other, then there are other streets in town, I don't remember exactly which block on Tanner but near the Tanner Street Church, there are no street lights. Then on another street lights are on every corner. It seems an increased rate should be paid by the people getting the best service in town.

No time for sob stories

I am getting so tired of hearing these old gals sob stories. They will meet a man today, move in with him tonight and be pregnant tomorrow. They start having trouble and the man gets mad because they want to sit around on their butt and not doing anything. When they do split up, she takes him to court and wants him to pay this and pay this and wants him to help her get on her feet. That's why she is having problem, if she would have stayed on her feet, she wouldn't have the problem to start with. The man gets blamed for everything. It ain't the man's fault most of the time. Oh, there are rapes and stuff but a lot of times those rapes are consensual sex and then she gets scared and hollers rape. It is utterly ridiculous. Thank you.

For Amendment 3

I saw in today in the paper where local educators are oppose to Amendment 3. Amendment 3 would implement an evaluation of teachers. I don't understand why teachers think that they should not be evaluated like the rest of us are evaluated every day. They seem to think that if they work for five years, they shouldn't be evaluated again. I would also like to remind local educators that the public was against implementing Common Core but they went ahead and implemented it and we could not speak out at meetings because the public administrators would have meeting rooms stacked with local staff members and police officers in addition if you weren't on the agenda, which was approved by the superintendent, you weren't allowed to say anything. I for one will support Amendment 3 and urge everyone else to do the same. Teachers should be evaluated on a regular basis.
