We need new idiots

I noticed in the paper the other night that Noranda and Ameren UE had agreed to a 14 percent pay cut. But some of our government idiots from Jefferson City decided we didn't need this. What are they trying to do run Noranda out so they can get it in their town? What we need to do is get all the people in Jefferson City that make stupid decisions like this and get the rest of them out of Washington, D.C., and elect us a bunch of brand new idiots. Jefferson City and Washington, D.C., should be the capitol idiots of the world.

It's too late

I was wondering why the Sikeston Standard Democrat newspaper gets delivered after 8:30 at night to their paying customers? It happens all the time. I am not the only person that is getting it very late. Can you answer that for me why?

To tell the truth

I'm old enough to remember all of the presidents from President Roosevelt to President Obama. I thought Jimmy Carter was bad, but he's not as bad as Obama. The man can't tell the truth. That's nothing to do with his race or anything like that, the man just don't know how to tell the truth.
