Time to change subjects

Maybe we need to go back to the days when people who had education jobs had to know something. Maybe it was because the made up, no-nonsense subjects didn't take up so much time and money in a person's college years. We need to go to a time when teaching jobs aren't awarded based on how much money your family has or who you are married to or what your husband does or that kind of thing. We need people who don't think they can treat people any way they please. Or do anything they want because they have money. We don't people like that in positions of authority of any kind over small children or older ones or adults. We need to weed out that type of person.

Let's play doctor

It's appalling that teachers are awarded with higher salaries for having a master's degree. And what is required for having a master's degree is more made up education courses than classes in some solid field of knowledge. There is no master's degree in education. It is all made up. They don't even deserve the title "Dr." and who flings it around more than people in education? In ivy league schools, professors don't even use the doctor title. The work is not the same. The subject matter has not content. There's nothing in it. It doesn't require much mental effort. It's just absurd.

On time and past due

I'd like to know what the deal is with people paying their bills? They get shut-off notices and everything. Are there idiots in those offices? They need to get rid of them and hire some more. I know several people that get all kinds of shut-off notices that have paid their bill. Then they have to go through all kinds of stuff to prove they paid it. That's utterly ridiculous. People can't hardly afford to pay their bill once without having to deal with idiots that are trying to make them pay it again. Train them, get rid of them or get somebody that has some sense.
