Man is as good as his word

I purchased a vehicle last year from Satterfield Wrecker Service in Sikeston. The owner gave me a verbal warranty on the engine, and unfortunately there were unforeseen problems with the big diesel engine that required it to be completely rebuilt. With no written contract, he kept his word and paid for the entire rebuild and labor which totaled in the thousands. I am very thankful that there are men/women that their word is better than a contract. Thank you Greg Copeland! I highly recommend doing business with him and Satterfield Wrecker Service.

Mistreating Muslims?

Why do we have a president that says that the Muslims are mistreated and all that? But then when they take and kill 27 Christians he always says they are Egyptian citizens. I don't why but he has something against Christians. He can talk about Muslims all the wants too, but the Christians, he won't say nothing.

Catch us if you can

This is a concerned citizen. I was looking at some of Sikeston officers and they are really overweight. I was wondering, if they ever had to run after someone, how would they be able to catch them since they are so overweight?

Not enough cents

If poor Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder feels impoverished with his $86,000 a year salary at the expense of the Missouri taxpayers, then there is a simple solution to this. The Lieutenant Governor should resign his position and move back to Cape Girardeau and try to make a living like the rest of us are trying to do here in the Missouri Bootheel.
