Won't turn down any

I see Hillary Clinton is up to her ole dirty tricks. She is now blaming the Republican presidential candidates for being gay haters. What a hypocrite! I have enough sense to know none of the candidates on both sides of the fence is going to turn down no votes gay or straight. And she says she's for women's rights. Then what is she doing taking donations from the Muslim countries? That's not for women's rights. That's all I have to say.

Sixth Street campout

I was wondering how is it legal for somebody to live in a tent behind a condemned home on property they do not own? That's exactly what's happening on Sixth Street. These people are using the bathroom in the yard, they're cooking outside in unsanitary conditions. I know this brings the property value down and people in this area are getting fed up with the city not enforcing some of their laws. You got them on the books. If you are not going to enforce them, get them off the books.

Pack and call

This is about "Get out and get 'em," about the new animal control truck in Charleston. I don't know about Charleston's rules, but where I live, you have to go out and get the crate and capture the dogs and cats yourself and then call the animal control truck and they'll come pick them up. I don't know about there, but you might check with animal control in Charleston. You might have to capture them yourself.

Runny toeses

This is to the person that thinks it's unsanitary for people to wear open-toed shoes in a doctor's office. Are you kidding me? The doctor's office is probably one of the cleanest places there are. Do you think someone's gonna cough and their toes are gonna get a cold now?

Ka-boom!

Will the David Russell Family have the Fourth of July celebration up in Blodgett like they always do? It's a really nice affair and nice of them to do it. I hope they have it again.

It will be from 4-10 p.m. at the Blodgett Park with fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

Respect for the Elders

No wonder Larry Elder, the columnist, is such a nice person. I knew he had a good mama, and in the June 22 paper, he told what a good dad he had, what a good life his dad had and was never bitter. Bless his folks.
