On Dec. 14 members of the Scott County Central FBLA Chapter presented a check to Beth Simmons from the Southeast Missouri March of Dimes in the amount of $550. The money was raised from a "Coin War" hosted by the elementary, a mini-walk and bake sale and a blue jean week for teachers. Also in attendance were State Rep. Holly Rehder and her assistant Wes Sutton. Rehder presented a resolution from the Missouri House to the Scott County Central FBLA chapter for all their hard work over the years for the March of Dimes. Scott Central's FBLA adviser is Buddy Alberson.
