Several local businesses sent speakers to New Madrid County Central Middle School for the annual Career Day on Feb. 5. The speakers shared information about careers like training, education, salaries, job description, hours and benefits. The students completed a career worksheet as they gained knowledge of local careers. The speakers were from left: Carl Kimball, Christina McWaters, Zach Sexton, Michael Comer, Jessie Harris, TJ Sides and Greg Madigan. Also taking part was Sgt. Stephan Cypret.
