What does it matter?

Donald Trump was portrayed at the Democratic National Convention as speaking hate speech. I call it in touch with reality speech. At the DNC, Hillary and her Hollywood supporters were singing, "What the world needs now is love sweet love." The terrorists, like those that decapitated a Catholic priest while he was saying mass, don't seem to be responding to that message. While I voted for Ted Cruz in the primary, now I'm firmly behind Donald Trump. I will no longer vote for Cruz for any position. If Cruz is truly a Republican and a conservative, he should have put his personal animosities aside, put his country first and backed Donald Trump for president. Americans were brutally killed in Benghazi. In front of Congress when Hillary was questioned as to what truly happened there, she bounced up and down on her bottom like a child and stated, "What does it matter?" Voters, does it matter to you? Do American lives matter to you?

Need a lift to church

Me and my daughter live in the Sikeston area and we need a way to church. We are Assembly of God. If anybody can give us a lift to church, we would appreciate it. Just put your number in SpeakOut. And we are Christians.

RIP dead grass

I just got through reading SpeakOut about the cemetery in Morley, the new one. Well readers, I've got news for you. I would rather see dead grass around the monuments that has been sprayed than for the grass to be growing up around the monuments. Plus if they want to complain about the grass in the cemetery, they ought to come down these streets and look at some of these old houses that need to be torn down. Those are more of an eyesore than what the dead grass in the cemetery is. I feel if you want to complain, you ought to have something better to complain about than dead grass around monuments. And another thing, everybody's got trees. The cemetery is not the only one that has branches lying around.

Grow a set

To all these people who have so much time on their hands and they don't have a set on them. If you have a problem with your neighbor and how their yard looks, instead of complaining to SpeakOut about it, about code enforcement, why don't you go over and talk to your neighbor yourself?
