EAST PRAIRIE - Robert Christopher and Cassie Renee Sutton are the parents of their third and fourth children, first son and third daughter, born March 10, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. When Natalie Rose Sutton was born at 8:25 a.m., she weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces and was 18 1/2-inches long. Ethan Christopher Sutton weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20-inches long when he arrived at 8:26 a.m.

The former Cassie Byassee, Mrs. Sutton is the daughter of Charles and Vikki Byassee of East Prairie.

Sutton, son of John and Linda Sutton of East Prairie, is a technician.

LOCUST GROVE, Ga. - Seth and Charissa Richelle Rickard are the parents of their first child, a daughter, born March 17, 2004. Reagan Haleigh Rickard weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces.

Mrs. Rickard is the former Charissa Cobb, daughter of Rick and Debbie Bishop Cobb of Ellenwood.

Maternal great-grandparents are Jim and Alberta Bishop of the Dogwood Community, Mo., and Richard Cobb of Sikeston, Mo.

SIKESTON - Ronnie and Brandy Deann Mason are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 4:02 a.m. March 17, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Noah James Mason weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19-inches long.

The former Brandy Keith, Mrs. Mason is the daughter of John and Sherrie Crouthers of Sikeston and is employed by State Farm Insurance.

Mason, son of Ron and Jan Mason of Sikeston, is employed by Missouri Delta Medical Center.

SIKESTON - Raymond and Jennifer Basinger are the parents of their third child, second daughter, born at 1:50 p.m. March 19, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Abby Paige Basinger weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and was 18 1/2-inches long.

Mrs. Basinger is the daughter of Gary Phillips and Debra Phillips.

Basinger, son of Ola Poley, works in construction.

SIKESTON - Asian Nicole Davis is the mother of her first child, a daughter, born at 1:11 p.m. March 21, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Mackenzie LaPaige Davis weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21-inches long.

Grandmother is Carla Davis.

SIKESTON - James Franklin and Tina Marie Withrow are the parents of their first child, a daughter, born at 5:26 a.m. March 21, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Ashley Claire Withrow weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Mrs. Withrow is the former Tina Crenshaw, daughter of Penny and Sam Griggs of Charleston and the late Richard Crenshaw. She works in sales and customer service for Personal Expressions in Sikeston.

Withrow, son of Jim and Nancy Withrow of Sikeston, is manager of Redneck Trailer Supplies in Sikeston.

SIKESTON - Jason and Lori Grubbs are the parents of their second son, born at 11:49 p.m. March 21, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Caleb Joseph Grubbs weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18 1/4-inches long.

Mrs. Grubbs is the daughter of Leonard and Gloria Lott.

Grubbs, son of Kelley and Linda Grubbs, is pastor of student ministries at Miner Baptist Church.

CAPE GIRARDEAU - Ron J. and Leslie J. Fehr are the parents of their second daughter, born at 6:58 p.m. March 22, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Taylor Danielle Fehr weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21-inches long.

The former Leslie Graham, Mrs. Fehr is the daughter of Wayne Graham of Benton and the late Mabel Graham. She is an accountant for Drury Inns.

Fehr, son of Rick and Cathy Fehr of Cape Girardeau, is a sales representative for SBC.
