SIKESTON - Robert Scott and Cynthia Anne Bailey are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born at 5:57 p.m. Sept. 6, 2002, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Breanna Michelle Bailey weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18-inches long.

The former Cynthia Roberts, Mrs. Bailey is the daughter of Gina Helm of Farmington and Roger Roberts of Arlington, Ky. She is employed with the Division of Family Services in East Prairie.

Bailey, son of Vicky Bailey of Matthews and the late Joe Bob Bailey, is employed by Inman Concrete in Sikeston.

SIKESTON - LaMaria C. Wigfall is the mother of her first child, a son, born at 12:19 p.m. Sept. 6, 2002, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Elijah Emmanuel Wigfall weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19-inches long. Wigfall, daughter of Marion and Michael Scott of Portageville, is a health information clerk at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Great-grandparents are Sarah Wigfall and Annie Washington of Portageville.
