Joyce Riley

NEW MADRID - Joyce Riley, 66, died April 23, 2004, at her home.

Born March 5, 1938, in Lilbourn, daughter of the late Virginia Welshans, she was a member of the New Madrid Baptist Church and was employed by Associated Electric Cooperative in Marston until her retirement in 1999.

On April 4, 1964, she married Joseph Riley who preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 1966.

On May 21, 1977, she married Chester Riley, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Clay and Luann Riley of Cape Girardeau, two step daughters, Mona Hollenbeck of Jefferson City and Becky Anderson of Lake of the Ozarks; one granddaughter, Logan Jodi of Cape Girardeau; and five step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Gary Henson will officiate.

Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
