Lane -- Dugan

JACKSON -- Roger and Ruth Lane have announced the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Jane, to Clifford Garett Dugan, son of Cliff and Christie Dugan of Weldon Spring.

The future bride graduated in 1998 from Jackson Public Schools. A 2002 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, she is a sixth grade teacher for Cape Girardeau Public Schools.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Sikeston Public Schools. He will graduate in May from Southeast Missouri State University and is a computer technician for Cape Public Schools.

Wedding plans are under way for a June 28 ceremony.
