DEXTER - Mildred Eva Donica, 83, died Aug. 25, 2003, at her home.

Born March 28, 1920, at Risco, daughter of the late Thomas Renshaw and Clara Thompson Hunt, she was a member of the Dexter Church of Christ and had been employed by Davis Electric in Cape Girardeau.

On Jan. 1, 1949, at Monett, Ark., she married Kenneth Russell who preceded her in death on Aug. 8, 1987.

Survivors include: two sons, Jim Smith of Crossville, Tenn., and Charles Kevin Donica of Kirkwood; two daughters, Sharron Gammon of Cape Girardeau and Mickey Kay Williams of Moberly; and 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Also preceding her in death were two sons, Edward Smith and Kenneth Russell Donica; one daughter, Patricia Patterson; one grandchild, Lynn Esparza; and one great-grandchild, Krystal Esparza.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday. Dale Grissom will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Puxico Cemetery.
