FREDERICKTOWN RACEWAY

FREDERICKTOWN -- Mother Nature washed out almost the entire two-day racing program at the Fredericktown Raceway scheduled for Aug. 1-2, but some of the races were able to be held on Saturday prior to another rain storm that washed out the rest of the program. The result: a special day of "double-header" features in three of the five classes scheduled for the Fredericktown Raceway on Sunday, Aug. 10.

Because they were able to get through the heat races in the RAMS Mini Stocks, the 600cc Multis and the Pure Street classes, those three classes will each race not one, but two features on the make-up date of Sunday, Aug. 10th. The other two classes, the Hobby Stocks and the Modifieds, will each run their regular programs that were completely rained out. Race fans who were on hand for the rain-out on Aug. 2nd must hold on to their ticket for the Aug. 10 make-up races. Pit passes for only the Hobby Stocks and the Modifieds will be honored that night.
