New is the daughter of David and Kimberly Rogers of Princeton, Ky., and Terry and Lori New of Pevely. She is employed by Morton Buildings Inc. in Charleston.
Smith, son of Buddy Jay and Vicki Smith of East Prairie, is employed with Smith Construction of East Prairie.
SIKESTON - Dorothea Saxton and Anthony Hampton are the parents of their third daughter, born at 12:35 p.m. Aug. 6, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Tamyra Nacole Hampton weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces and was 18-inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Lorene Cooper and Robert Saxton.
Paternal grandparents are Duke Robinson and Diane Hampton.
