Elois Floyd
CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Elois Floyd, 58, died May 9, 2005, at her home.
Born Oct. 4, 1946, in Flint, Mich., daughter of Ovella Pope Peck of Fisk and the late Woodrow Peck, she had been a resident of Malden, Dexter and Fisk for many years. She lived in Fenton for five years before moving to Cape Girardeau a year ago. She was a member of the Calvary General Baptist Church in Dupo, Ill.
On Jan. 17, 1998, at Fenton, she married Sonny Floyd who survives of the home.
In addition to her husband and mother, survivors include: one daughter, Sandra Kay McAdams of Fenton; one son, David Elliot of Kansas City; one stepdaughter, Pamela Campbell of Chaffee; three stepsons, Danny Floyd of Fenton, Duane Floyd of Jackson and Stephen Floyd of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Don Peck of Fisk and Wilson Peck of Qulin; three sisters, Joyce White of Springfield, Elaine Wilkerson of Benton and Pat Peck of Fisk; and four grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, one great-grandchild and three great-
stepgrandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter where services will be at 1 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Gale Lambert of Dupo, Ill., officiating.
Burial will be in the Dexter Cemetery.
